Whether we are building on your lot or our own, we work with our engineers to provide a lot grading plan that will be submitted as part of the permit process to meet the town’s engineering and zoning requirements. After the style of your house and space requirements are established, we collaborate with our architectural team to develop plans for the home which, once finalized, are also submitted to the town for permitting.

Most often the selected property will already have an existing home on it. Once a demolition permit is issued, we are responsible for removing the old house and preparing the site for a new foundation and home and handling all utilities.
